Youth Fitness
Research shows that obesity rates have doubled in the last decade, which is why I feel so strongly about promoting youth fitness... let's get positive, healthy lifestyles rolling before the bad habits form and become a way of life for our kids.
I encourage parents to sign up their kids (age 12 and older) for my EcoTrek Fitness outdoor group sessions -- these sessions are adaptable for kids and they can have a lot of fun with it while getting outside in fresh air, away from their computers & electronics!
I also offer my one-on-one personal training sessions suitable for adolescents ... click cari@oneononefitgirl.com to send me an email; communicate what your situation is and I'll let you know how I can help.
