Workouts

When I meet with you in person we'll do a fitness assessment (assuming you have the permission of your physician to begin a workout program) and together we'll set up a weekly program that includes a strength training session twice per week. We'll set both short-term and long-term goals during this first phase... it may seem hard at first, but well worth the effort to reach your goals. Obviously body fat (composition) is more important to monitor than the actual pounds, since muscle weighs more than fat. Other things we watch are your blood pressure, how your cholesterol levels are, your resting heart rate... THEN we look in the mirror for that added bonus: looking and feeling how you WANT to look & feel!

You are the one controlling how much you "invest" in time and money -- and determining how much outside discipline and motivation you'll need from me!

I don't ever lock individuals into training packages or a set number of times to see me, but commitment is key to your success, so reachable goals are crucial.
