Senior Fitness
I've taken additional certification classes with an emphasis on Senior Fitness specifically designed for those 60-ish and older.
I offer specialized workshops, seasonal fitness classes (6 weeks, twice per week or 12 weeks, once per week) and wellness programs at various senior centers, assisted living facilities and community centers in West Michigan.
The fitness classes feature flexibility, strength training and cardiovascular activity geared toward the older individual.
